Q: Do I need an iPad to use your planner?

A: While most of our users enjoy H&H planners on their iPad and use an Apple Pencil, this planner gives you options. If you prefer pen and paper, you can simply print our planners out and you’re good to go.

Q: This is my first time using a digital planner. How do I import it onto my iPad?

A: Oh, we love ease & simplicity around here!

Here’s how you add your planner to your iPad:

1) After purchase, download our planner file on your iPad after purchasing. (It's a PDF) *You can also airdrop our planner file from another device if you want to get fancy, for example, if you purchased the file on your computer.

2) Add our planner file into an app of your choosing. (We recommend Goodnotes)

3) Use your Apple Pencil to write whatever you'd like onto your H&H planner.

Q: What’s the upside of a digital planner? I'm *typically* a paper planner girly.

A: While pen and paper is still lovely, most people love and choose our planners because they’re zero waste, less clutter and things to carry and designed to be reused.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: Because this is a digital file with instant access after purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you have questions before purchasing, we’d love to chat via email. Just slide in our DMs friend! :)

A: As good as that sounds friend...these products were designed for the purchaser's use only. Our products are not intended for sharing with others or resale, in any way. *Though if you recommend our products, your friend can get 20% off of their first purchase.
